Sweetcorn Pepper Masala | Sweetcorn Capsicum Gravy Recipe | Sweetcorn Recipes | Gravies For Chapathi

Cooking a side dish for chapathi is a big task for me everyday. So,some times instead of repeating same old recipes,tries my own ideas to cook.This is the Sweetcorn gravy which I have cooked in simple process as per my Idea.
It`s a combination with sweetcorn with bellpeppers.Using triple colored capsicums makes the dish colorful.I used canned corns but also can use frozen sweetcorn.This simple gravy is tasty yet perfect to serve with chapathis/rotis.

WHAT YOU NEED
Oil-2 table spoons
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
Curry leaves-few
Onion-1 small
Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
Tomato-1 big size
Red chili powder-2s tea spoon
Salt-to taste
Turmeric powder -1/2 tea spoon
Besan flour/Chickpea flour-1 table spoon
3 table spoons of water 
Canned Sweet corn-1 cup
Three colored chopped bellpeppers-chopped 1 cup 
Garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
Kasoori methi powder-1/2 tea spoon
Coriander leaves -few
HOW TO COOK
Heat a non stick pan with oil.Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,curry leaves,saute for few seconds.
Now add finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,saute and cook for a minute in low flame.Add in finely chopped tomato,mix once and cook for a minute again till tomato turns mushy.
Now add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.Now add besan flour,3 table spoons of water and mix well.
Now add 1-2 cups of water and let it boil the gravy in medium flame.Then  add sweet corn,three colored chopped bellpeppers and stir gently.cook this for 5 minutes in medium flame with lid.
Then add garam masala,coriander powder,kasoori methi powder,mix well and cook for 3 minutes finally.Turn off throw some fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with chapathi.
