These days regularly Iam baking bread loaf recipes using ripen bananas..Already have posted few banana bread recipes in blog which are different from each one..All those recipes healthy at the same time nice for breakfast..In the same way,today sharing one more banana braed recipe which is folded with oatmeal.Rolled oats are high in fibre which are good for health..So,this is 100% healthy recipe which you can give a try without guilt.

After baking different banana breads found few points/Tips like,
1. Always use ripen bananasin banana baking
2.Try to use vegetable or olive oil
3.Ripen bananas are already sweet in taste,so decrease sugar quantity.
4.In banana baking use brown sugar which gives best taste.
5.Use nuts like almonds,walnuts or raisins which gives a best taste..

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 30-35 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Rolled oats or Old fashioned oats- 1/3 cup
Bananas-3 (1 cup puree)
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Egg-1
Oil-5 table spoons (around 1/4 cup)
Vanilla essence -1 tea spoon
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda-1 tea spoon
Cinnamon powder-1 tea spoon
Wheat flour-1 cup
Black raisins-handful


HOW TO BAKE
Keep all the ingredients ready one side.Grind oatmeal into fine powder.Prehheat oven at 180 degree C.In a baking pan,place a butter paper and keep aside.
Now in a mixing bowl,mash bananas,add yogurt,sugar,egg,oil,vanilla essence and beat well tilll sugar dissolves.
Now add dry ingredients one by one like,baking powder,soda,cinnamon powder,whet flour,ground oats flour and stir well every thing..
Add any nute like walnuts or almonds if you like or black raisins like me..sturn gently and pour this in bake tin...Tap tin on floor to avoid air bubbles.Bake for 30-35 minutes until it is done..Turn off oven after checking out with tooth pick..
Serve a hot slice with milk or coffee.
