Carrot Banana Oatmeal Cake Loaf | Carrot Banana Yogurt Bread Loaf | Cake Loaf Recipes For Breakfast

It is a healthy cake loaf recipe which is baked using oatmeal and yogurt.Also,it`s a combination of bananas and carrot too..Same like regular bakes,In this also I used wheat flour instead of white flour.

Original recipe calls for coconut flakes but I have replaced it with oatmeal nad it`s worked out perfectly..You can mix raisins in batter before baking or can do like I did..Try this healthy cake loaf and enjoy with hot milk..

 WHAT YOU NEED
Wheat flour-3/4+1/2 cup
Oat meal -1/3 cup
Carrot-1 big size
Bananas-3 medium size (or 1 cup puree)
Sugar-1/2 cup
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Oil-1/8 cup
Egg -1
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda-1/2 tea spoon
Salt-1/2 tea spoon
Cinnamon powder-1/2 tea spoon
Black raisins-1/3 cup
HOW TO BAKE

Preheat oven at 180 degree C. Line parchmnet paper in rectangular shape tin and apply oil evenyl.
Now In a mixy jar,take oat meal grind into powder.Now peel out carrot skin,chop and grind into coarse mixture in the same mixy jar.
Now take a bowl,mash bananas,add sugar,yogurt,oil,egg and mix well every thing..add ground carrot mix ture and stir gently.
Now add in baking powder,soda,salt,flour,Cinnamon powder and mix well..Now pour this batter in tin and place in oven.Bake for 30 minutes and check out with tooth pick..If tooth pick comes out clean,turn off oven and keep it on kitchen table till it cool down..Cut and serve a slice with hot milk or coffee.
