Who loves Mangoes??If you love Mangoes you`ll love this recipe definitely..I love to bake breads which can serve for breakfast.Instead of buying outside stuffs,it`s better  idea to bake them at home..If you agree this,you can create magic..senyum  After trying few banana breads with different additions,this time picked mango to try a bread loaf..
This is one of the best mango recipe in baking category.You can even guess the result by watching the pictures here..Recipe calls for all purpose flour but I added wheat flour and result was so good..A warm slice with hot coffee tastes wonderful.. Try it..tepuktangan

BAKING TIME- 30 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEEDmenari
Wheat flour-1 1/2 cups
Egg-1
Milk-1/4 cup
Fresh Mango Puree-3/4 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Oil-1/4 cup
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda-1/2 tea spoon
Sat-1/2 tea spoon
Vanilla essence or Mango essence -1 tea spoon
HOW TO BAKEsengihnampakgigi
Preheat oven at 180 degree C.In a baking tin/pan place parchment paper.apply oil and keep aside.
In a mixing bowl,break fresh egg,add sugar,oil,vanilla essence,milk and mix well..
Then add Baking powder,baking soda,salt,wheat flour and mix well without any lumps..
To this add mango puree,stir gently.Pour this batter in tin,place this in oven.Bake for 30 minutes,check out with tooth pick and if it done turn off oven..take it out and serve hot slice with milk..
