Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Loaf | Moist Chocolate Chip Banana Cake Loaf Recipe | Breakfast Banana Bread Recipes

These days Iam often baking breads using bananas most of the time. Actually, we do puja everyday so offers bananas as nivedyam which later on comes in my hand.So,those are the bananas which Iam using to bake these breads which I serve in breakfast.In this version used chocolate chips so kids may love it to eat.
You can use all purpose flour and increase sugar quantity for more sweet taste.Actually with this recipe you can bake muffins instead of bread so can serve as snack easily.This bread is moist and chewy in texture.Add 1/2 eta spoon more soda for fluffy texture if you like.Bake it next time and let me know how it came for you.

BAKING TIME- 25-30 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
 Eggs-2 
Sugar-1/2 cup
Bananas -3 ripen
Olive oil-1/2 cup
Vanilla essence -1 tea spoon
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda-1/2 tea spoon
Salt-1/2 tea spoon
Cinnamon powder-1/2 tea spoon 
Wheat flour -1 2/3 cup
Chocolate chips -handful
HOW TO BAKE

In a mixing bowl,break eggs,add mashed banana puree,sugar,olive oil,vanilla essence and mix well..
Now add baking powder,soda,salt,cinnamon powder and stir well. Now add wheat flour and mix well,make sure there is no lumps.
Add chocolate chips and stir once again gently..Now preheat oven at 180 degree C. Take a rectangular shaped baking pan,place a parchment paper,apply oil,pour this batter.Arraneg some more chocolate chips on top and place this tin in oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes,check out with tooth pick,if it is clean turn off.Slice and serve with hot milk.
