Chicken Sausage Stir Fry | Chicken Sausage Fry Recipe | Chicken Sausage Recipes

Though Chicken Sausages are quite common food in our place,I never tried any recipes not even thought to taste it..But my elder son Mahadev had it once in school lunch.So,he started asking me to cook..On his force,for the first time bought a packet and tried this stir fry.
This fry is quite simple to make and spicy in taste..You can serve this as a side dish with chapathi or as an appetizer also goes well.If you like sausages try this version,hope you`ll like it..

PREPARATION TIME- 10 MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Frozen Chicken Sausages-6-8
Oil-2 table spoons
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Bay leaf-1 small
Dry red chili-1
Onion-1 small
Ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
Green capsicum/bell pepper-1 medium size
Red chili powder-2 tea spoons
salt-to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
Coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
cilantro leaves -few
HOW TO COOK
Heat a non stik pan with oil.Throw cumin seeds,bay leaf,red chili saute for few seconds.
Add finely chpped onions,ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Now add finely chopped capsicum ,saute and cook for a minute.Then add chopped sausages,stir well and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Then add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,mix well.Add 1-2 table spoons water to avoid burning and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
Now add coriander powder,garam masala,cilantro leaves and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes and turn off.Serve hit with chapathi or rice.
