Pancakes are one of my favorite food, which I love to cook for breakfast. Ripe bananas are the ones which always tempts me to bake bread loaves and pancakes like this sometimes.tepuktangan Usually, with wheat flour, I try these.senyum  But this time, instead of flour, I thought to use only oatmeal. So, this is my very own recipe which came out so good.menari
Oats flour is a little bit sticky, so add a good amount of butter before and after frying pancakes.You can add 2-3 tablespoons of flour if the batter looks too lumpy.celebrateAlso, use thick yogurt, not buttermilk which makes batter into thin consistency. WHAT YOU NEED
Bananas ripen -2 big size
Egg-1 no
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Rolled Oatmeal- 1cup
Butter-as needed for frying
HOW TO COOK
Mash bananas in a bowl, to this, add egg, yogurt and mix well. Now grind rolled oatmeal into a fine powder and add to the batter. Stir this gently and heat a nonstick pan.
Drop a tablespoon butter and pour this batter around 1 cup. Don`t spread it and cook on medium flame, add a teaspoon butter on top and flip it carefully.Cook another side for a minute again and take it out. Do same with remaining batter. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like honey, nuts or berries.
