WHAT YOU NEED
Oil-2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
Red Chili-1
Urad Dal-1 teaspoon
Chana dal--1 teaspoon
Onions-1 small
Ginger garlic paste-1 teaspoon
Green chilies-5-6
Carrot-1 small size
Frozen green peas-1/2 cup
Salt-to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Bread slices-6-7
Water-1 cup
Coriander leaves-few

HOW TO COOK
Heat a nonstick pan with oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chili, urad dal, chana dal, let the seeds crackle.
Then add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilies, saute and fry for a minute on low flame.
Now add finely chopped carrot, frozen green peas, salt, turmeric powder, mix well and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Meanwhile, chop bread slices carefully and keep aside. Now add water, in the pan and let it boil. When the water starts evaporating, add chopped bread pieces, stir gently everything. 
Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes in low flame. Add chopped coriander leaves, stir and turn off. Serve hot with any pickle.
