Fruit Smoothie Bowl | Mango Smoothie Bowl | Banana Smoothie Bowl | Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl | Breakfast Recipes

Generally, Breakfast is the toughest task which I face every day in the morning. Because I cant get urad dal to make dosa or idli batter like in India. So, The only option is upma. For a change this time tried this using fruits like mango and bananas. It is actually a smoothie recipe but by adding oatmeal brought a thick texture and named it as smoothie bowl.
I skipped honey but you can add it if you want sweetness. Add chia seeds,nuts or chocolate chips before serving for more taste. It is a very good meal even for babies like 3-4 years old. But, add less oatmeal for them.

WHAT YOU NEED
Mango fruit-1 no
Bananas-2 no
Oatmeal-1/2 cup
Store bought Yoghurt-1 1/2 cups
HOW TO COOK
 Now in a mixy jar, take yogurt, mango pulp, bananas, and oats. Grind into a fine puree and pour into serving bowl.
Serve Immediately. For sweetness, you can add honey or brown sugar. Even can add nuts like almonds or walnuts.
