WHAT YOU NEED
agar-agar powder-1 teaspoon
Fresh mango pulp-1 cup
cream cheese-1 cup
condensed milk-1/2 cup (or 3/4 cup)
Tutti frutti-few
HOW TO COOKHeat water in a bowl, for 5 minutes.Then turn off. Now in this warm water add agar-agar and stir gently.
Now in a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese using hand whisker. Then add mango pulp stir gently.
Add agar-agar mixture now and condensed milk.Mix well and pour into serving glasses.
Add tutti frutti on top, refrigerate for 2 hours and serve chilled.
