Grill Chicken Tikka Recipe | How to Make Grill Chicken Tikka at Home | Popular Chicken Snacks Recipes | Chicken Appetizers Recipes

I have already posted chicken tikka recipe in blog long time back which was oven method..But this is a different method which cooked on grill pan.Preparation was same method like oven method..But grill pan method is easy and time saving.It is also a perfect appetizer for parties and get to gethers..

COOKING TIME-30  MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
bamboo sticks/wooden skewers or metal skewers-6-8

red chili powder-1 tea spoon
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1 tea spoon
chicken masala-1 tea spoon
coriander powder-1 tea spoon
kasoori methi-1 tea spoon
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
curd/yogurt-2 table spoons
lemon juice-1 table spoon
boneless chicken pieces medium size-250 grams
triple color bell peppers (red,green,yellow)-1 each one
onions -1 big
To serve
lemon wedge and ketchup
HOW TO COOK
In a pan take some water,dip bamboo sticks/wooden skewers for 15-20 minutes,this step helps to  avoid burning while grilling on pan..If you are using metal skewers grease them with oil.
Take a bowl,add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder,chicken masala,coriander powder, kasoori methi,ginger garlic paste,curd,lemon juice and mix well..Now add chicken pieces, chopped bell peppers,onions and marinate for 1 hour minimum or over night if possible..Switch on grill pan and then take a bamboo stick,skew the onion,chicken pieces and bell peppers pieces one by one in order..Repeat the process until you finish the marinade chicken and bell peppers. Now grease the grill pan with oil using brush and place this skewers..Keep the heat in medium and by turning them other sides..Make sure the chicken is cooked well or not..Grilling them in medium heat helps to cook evenly and avoids burning.So,keep rotating the skewers for every 2-3 minutes. When the chicken is done perfectly turn off grill pan and serve hot grill chicken tikka with lemon wedge and some ketchup..
