Easy Mango Pannacotta Recipe | Mango Pannacotta with Gelatin | How to make Mango Pannacotta | Mango Desserts

Everyone knows very well, that Mango is called as king of the fruits so Mango desserts are awesome always. This is the dessert called Pannacotta which needed very few ingredients like cream, fresh mango pulp, condensed milk, and gelatin.
You can full cream milk, vanilla essence or mango flavored jam which are optional. But as per my taste, I tried within minutes without any mess. There are different methods to make this pannacotta but this process much more easy and simple.Try this next time and enjoy a chilled cup of pannacotta.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES
RESTING TIME- 1-2 HOURS
WHAT YOU NEED
Fresh Mango pulp-1 cup
Whipping cream-1 cup (200 grams)
Condensed milk-1 cup
Unflavored gelatin powder-1 packet (10 grams)
HOW TO PREPARE
Peel mango skin, chop and grind into a fine puree. add condensed milk and stir gently. 
Heat water in a vessel, add in gelatin, stir gently and keep aside.
Now in another mixing bowl, beat whipping cream, add in condensed milk.
Now to the mango mixture add half of the gelatin and add the remaining to cream. mix well.
Now take serving glasses or tumblers on an angle in a muffin tin. If the glasses slide, place a small towel underneath to help stabilize.Now, Pour mango mixture into glasses to a half inch below the rim. Chill in position at least 2 hours to set. Now, pour cream into the glasses enough to cover mango. Chill for 1-2 hours until set.Top with diced mango. Serve and enjoy!
