No-Bake Strawberry Yogurt Cheese Cake | Strawberry Cheese Cake with Yogurt | No Bake Cheese Cake Recipes

Today, I mean in this new year I am going to share a delicious dessert called cheesecake. It`s a strawberry cheesecake but different with the regular version.Yes!! This is a cheesecake with yogurt blend and used gelatin for a firm texture. Cheesecakes are one of the finest desserts to try at home, though it`s little bit heavy work.Basically, I love cream cheese, so obviously, cheesecakes are my favorite anytime. There was a strawberry discount in the supermarket so in bulk and tried this immediately.Ingredients and method of preparation is completely my own idea, even the measurements of the recipe. For more sweet taste, you can add more condensed milk which is totally depended on you. For, the vegetarian version you can with Agar-Agar but can`t give a confident statement about the perfect textured cheesecake. If you&your family loves cheesecakes do give a try to this and enjoy a chilled slice.

WHAT YOU NEED
Store bought fruit favored Yogurt-1 cup (200 grams)
Strawberries-200 grams
Condensed milk-1 cup
Whipping cream-1 cup (200 grams)
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Strawberry jam-1/4 cup
Strawberry sauce-2 tablespoons
Gelatin-10 grams packet or 1 tablespoon
Any Digestive Biscuits-20 
HOW TO PREPARE

In a mixing bowl, beat yogurt and keep aside. Now in a blender, take washed strawberries, condensed milk, yogurt, whipping cream, salt, strawberry jam, strawberry sauce, and blend for a minute in low speed until everything turns out into a smooth mixture. 

Now Heat 1/3 cup of water in a kettle. Then in a bowl, take gelatin, pour this hot water and stir immediately. To this add the blended mixture and stir gently.
Now in a mixy jar, grind biscuits into a fine powder. Take cheesecake pan, adjust this biscuits mixture evenly. Pour the cheesecake batter, and tap the tin on the floor to avoid air bubbles.
Refrigerate this overnight and to set perfectly. That`s it!! slice and serve with strawberry sauce topping or decorate as per your taste.
