WHAT YOU NEED
All-purpose flour-2 cups
Eggs-4
Unsweetened Cocoa powder-1 cup
Vegetable oil or Olive oil-1 cup
Baking powder-1 teaspoon
Baking soda-1 teaspoon
White sugar-2 cups
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Cornflour-4 tablespoons
Warmwater-100 ml
Sour cream-1 cup
HOW TO BAKE
In a mixing bowl, break eggs, add sugar, water, oil, vanilla,  and mix until sugar dissolves. Add cream and stir gently. Now add dry ingredients one by one like cocoa, baking powder, salt, soda, corn flour, flour and mix well everything. 
Now take baking tins, grease with oil, dust with flour on all sides. Now pour batter into tins. (I used two tins) Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.  After 10 minutes place tins in oven and bake for 30 minutes, check out with a toothpick if it comes out clean, turn off oven. Let the cakes cool down to room temperature.

How to frost:
In double boiler method melt 200 grams of dark chocolate, add butter, milk, stir gently until chocolate melts.turn off and let it cool.  Spread this on the cake and refrigerate for 10-20 minutes. Slice and serve.
