Prawns Pepper Fry | Royyla Vepudu | Shrimp Stir Fry Recipe | Prawns Recipes | Seafood Recipes


You can find lots of nonvegetarian dishes which tastes spicy and tasty. Most of the recipes sounds may similar but there will be a difference in the preparation method. Prawns are my favorite when they cooked in a complete Indian style with lots of spices and masalas sengihnampakgigi

WHAT YOU NEED
To Marinate:
Spice powders 
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-little bit
Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
Oil-1 teaspoon
Lemon juice -1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
Deveined Prawns-250 grams
Other Ingredients
Oil-2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
Cinnamon stick -2" inch stick
Cloves-2
Onion-1 medium size
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon
Green Chili-2
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-as per taste
Coriander powder-1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
Kasoori methi -1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Coriander leaves -few
HOW TO COOK
In a mixing bowl (or a plastic box-like how I used 😉) take spice powders, oil, lemon juice mix well.
Now add washed prawns, mix everything and rest for 1-2 hours minimum or overnight if possible.
Then heat a nonstick pan add this marinade prawns, cook for 5 minutes in medium flame. Take them into a bowl and keep aside.
Now heat another nonstick pan, add oil, throw cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, cloves, then add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chili and saute for 2 minutes in medium flame till onions turn light brown in color.
Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt stir gently, add in prawns and mix well.add water little bit and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
Now add coriander powder, garam masala, kasoori methi mix nicely. Finally, add black pepper powder, coriander leaves stir once again gently and turn off. Serve hot with fried rice or with white rice along with curd raita.
