Tomato-1 big size
Cucumber-1 big size
Bananas-2
Avocado-1 medium size fruit
Salt and Black pepper taste-1/2+1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice-2 teaspoons
Honey-1 tablespoons
Cilantro leaves-1/4 cup
Flax seeds-1 teaspoon
- Place chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro into a large salad bowl.
- Drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil (optional) and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine. Just before serving, toss with salt, flax seeds, honey and black pepper. Serve immedietly.
