Avocado is my H favorite fruit which he tends to pick in the market if the price is good. Most of the times I prepare juice or smoothie with Avocado also sometimes by mixing flour makes avocado rotis. But this is the new variety which I tried out recently in salad form using avocado and it came out nice so thought to share on blog.
It`s a simple salad using fresh veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers and for sweetness I have added banana slices. This salad is not only healthy but also filling and helps in weightloss easily. Diet doing people can make this for dinner times and can observe the change definitely.

WHAT YOU NEED
Tomato-1 big size
Cucumber-1 big size
Bananas-2
Avocado-1 medium size fruit
Salt and Black pepper taste-1/2+1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice-2 teaspoons
Honey-1 tablespoons
Cilantro leaves-1/4 cup
Flax seeds-1 teaspoon
  1. Place chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro into a large salad bowl.
  2. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil (optional) and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine. Just before serving, toss with salt, flax seeds, honey and black pepper. Serve immedietly.
