Dhaba Recipes have a unique style and play a key role in Indian Cuisine. Though we try their recipes at home, It`s difficult to match with their recipe taste. This is one of the best Mutton Dish which is cooked in Dhaba style.This Mutton curry absolutely rich, creamy and juicy.
This desi mutton curry is very easy to prepare at home and perfect for a side dish with rice or any type of Indian Bread like Naan, Tandoori, and Romali Roti. Though it takes a long time to cook, it`s a must try recipe if you love spicy food.I prefer to pressure cook mutton always which saves time actually, so while cooking this recipe I was not patient but after the success, I thought its worth to post on the blog. WHAT YOU NEED 
 Butter-3 tablespoons
onions-2 medium size
Ginger garlic paste-2 tablespoons
Mutton with bone (Lamb Meat)-400 grams 
Red chili powder-1 tablespoon
Salt-to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Tomatoes -3-4 medium size
Yogurt-1/2 cup
 2-3 cups of water
Chickpea flour-1-2 tablespoons
Corn flour1-2 tablespoons
Garam masala-1 teaspoon
Kasoori methi powder-1 teaspoon
Coriander powder-1 teaspoon
Cumin powder -1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves-few

Bay leaf-1 no
Star anise-1 no
green cardamom pods-2
cloves-5
cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
cinnamon stick-2" inch stick
red chili-2-3
HOW TO COOK
1.Heat a thick bottomed vessel, throw in whole garam masala ingredients and butter.
2.Now add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute on low flame for 2 minutes.
3.Then add cleaned mutton and mix well, keep the flame on high. After 5 minutes, add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, finely chopped tomatoes and mix well.
4.Again after 5 minutes, add yogurt, 2-3 cups of water, mix once and cook on low flame for 30 minutes, by stirring in between.
5.In a small bowl, take chickpea flour, corn flour, garam masala, pour 1/2 cup of water and mix well without any lumps.
6. Add this to the mutton gravy, stir gently and cook for 15 more minutes on medium flame.
7.Finally, add kasoori methi powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix well.Add some fresh coriander leaves, check the meat is tender or not. 

8.If the meat/mutton is soft (means it cooked perfectly) turn off flame and rest it for 10 minutes and serve hot with chapathi or rice.
