Have you ever Imagined a recipe called gobi pakora? May be!You mayheard also you may have tried it before.tepuktangan But, I haven`t trried this never before though the recipe name is familiar to me.senyum Usually with gobi I prefers to cook curries, gravies to serve along with chapathi. When I checked out this gobi pakora recipe ona  tv channel I was quite impressed so tried out immediately on few weeks back.menari

This is a simple recipe with ver few ingredients and tastes super when you serve hot along with some hot tea or in meal time.sengihnampakgigiExcept Grating cauliflower remaining procedure is quite simple which can be done in minutes.Use a fresh gobi to make this and always make pakora/bajjia batters in small quantities. PREPARATION TIME-15  MINUTES
COOKING TIME- 15-20 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Cauliflower-half flower - 2 cups grated 
Besan flour/ Chick pea flour-1 cup
Rice flour-1/4 cup
Green chilli-4-5 finely chopped
Salt-as per taste
Red chili powder-1 teaspoon
Finely chopped onion-1 small size
Cumin seeds -1 teaspoon
Curryleaves-few
Ginger garlic paste-1/2 teaspoon (optional) 
 HOW TO COOK
In a mixing bowl, take grated cauli flower, to this add flours,salt, green chili,red chili powder, salt cumin seeds,curry leaves and mix well.
Now add water little bit little and make it into a thick smooth batter.
Heat a kadai with oil. When the oil is hot,keep the flame on medium heat and drop small dumplings into oil carefully.
Fry them in medium heat carefully from both sides and take them on a paper.Repeat the same process with he remaining batter and turn off flame finally.
Serve hot pakora with tea.
