 Banana baking is quite common at my little home which I do regularly. I have posted lots of banana baked recipes like cakes, cupcakes, muffins and bread loaves. You can find those recipes link in the below.I have already shared banana chocolate bread recipe on the blog but this recipe is folded with double chocolate flavor.
This banana chocolate bread is moist in texture and tastes so good with a cup of coffee. Fresh and good quality cocoa give a nice aroma so try to use best cocoa powder always. Also, you can refrigerate this for a week. If you prefer bread in the breakfast better to chose this kind of recipes which are healthy and tasty.

WHAT YOU NEED
Egg-1 no
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
Olive oil-1/2 cup
Bananas-3 big size ripen (around 1 1/2 cups mashed puree)
Baking powder-1 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Sugar-1 cup
Baking soda-1 teaspoon
Unsweetened Cocoa powder-1/2 cup
 Wheat flour-1 cup
Chocolate chips-handful
HOW TO BAKE
In a mixing bowl, take an egg, to this add vanilla essence, oil, bananas, then mash gently.
Now add baking powder, salt, baking soda, cocoa powder and mix well.
Now add flour and stir everything finely.Take a bread loaf pan, line parchment paper.Pour this batter and tap tin on flour to avoid air bubbles.
Heat on in an oven at 200 degrees C.Place this tin and bake for 30 minutes then turn off.
Let it cool sometime then slice and serve warm with a cup of milk or coffee.
