Mutton Curry Recipe Without Tomatoes | Mutton Gravy Without Tomato | South Indian Mutton Recipes | Lamb Meat Recipes

I love to cook different mutton dishes everytime so this is the new recipe which I tried out recently. Though we don`t have any problem with tomatoesčśť observed that some people prefer mutton curry without tomato. So, I thought to try without tomato version, in my own way tried out this dish and it came out so good.
This pressure cooker method is easy to cook and yogurt gives a nice aromatic gravy texture also it enhances the flavor too. If you like can add 1/3 cup of roasted coconut powder, before pressure cooking but it`s an optional only. Overall, this mutton gravy is spicy and tastes wonderful with rice and roti.
