Poha Murukku Recipe | Atukula Muruku Recipe | Aval Murkku Recipe | South Indian Festival Snacks | Diwali Recipes

Murukku is a deep-fried snack which is quite popular in South Indian Festival times. Rice flour and roasted chana dal are the basic yet most Important ingredients which are needed to make. though homemade rice flour is best to make murukku I use storebought pack always. This Aval murukku is simple to make tastes so good.
I was quite excited to see the texture of the murukku and like I guessed murukku was so crunchy and crispy which tasted same like Pottukadalai Murukku with slight Poha flavor. For a change can try this version and enjoy with hot Tea.
