tasty banana bread with condensed milk | buttermilk banana bread loaf | healthy banana recipe without sugar

Banana bread stands in first place in my baking stories because ripen bananas always tempts me to bake a bread loaf. More than the store bought wheat flour bread, we love to have banana bread slice with hot cup of coffee/milk.💑
To make it more healthy these days, Iam trying without sugar versions and surprisingly all they tasted delicious, it`s because of bananas sweetness😋. This time, I thought to try a condensed milk version so here is the recipe which i did.  This is little bit soggy, moist in texture, and can store in refrigerator for a week. WHAT YOU NEED

Bananas-1 cup mashed puree  
eggs-2
Condensed milk-1 cup
Olive oil-1/2 cup
Yogurt -4-5 table spoons
Baking powder-1 teaspoon
Baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
All purpose flour-1 3/4 cup
 Raisins-handful
HOW TO BAKE
In a mixing bowl, take bananas mash them using potato masher. Add eggs, condensed milk, olive oil, yogurt, vanilla essence and mix every thing finely.
Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour and mix evenly.
Preheat oven at 180 degree centgrade. Take a baking tin, place parchment paper,apply oil on it.
Pour this batter and arrange raisins or you can fold them in batter. Tap tin n flour to avoid air bubbles inside.
Place this in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Check out with tooth pick, if it comes out clean turn off oven. Rest  in room temperature for 15-20 minutes and then serve.
