tres leches flan recipe | 3 leches flan cake | caramel custard recipes | tres leche milk custard | flan receitas

Being a sweet tooth not only I eat but also would like to try new desserts every time. 😜 I have posted a few caramel custard recipes already on the blog and happy to share another variety with you all through my blog. Caramel custard is an amazing dessert which is simple to make with a very few ingredients. This tres leche flan is quite popular Mexican dessert with delicious caramel. Tres Leche means 3 (kinds of) milk In Spanish. It means this recipe calls for 3 different dairy products like full-fat cream milk, condensed milk and evaporated milk.
I tried for Evaporated milk at my place but un, unfortunately, didn`t get it so I thought to try with cream. There are different brands of cream packs are available here in Foz do Iguazu city with around 20% fat. This cream is called creme de Leite and here Brazilians uses it in various recipes. If evaporated milk is available to simply use it in the recipe otherwise you can use the cream like this by checking out its Fat content. Try this wonderful dessert next time and enjoy heartfully.
