I have been planning to post this recipe and finally, today got the chance to share with you all. Spanish popular desserts called baked custards are me all time favourite desserts not only to eat but also loves new varieties every time. I have been waiting to try this chocolate custard and successfully tried last month and it was simply superb.
The pure cocoa brings out the nice aroma when you taste so try to use good quality unsweetened cocoa powder. If you don`t like the bitter taste of cocoa I suggest adding 1/4 cup which workouts in the recipe. This custard was strong in taste with cocoa flavour so I thought it`s fine to add the 1/4th cup. You can even use store-bought caramel sauce. Bake this next time and enjoy.

PREPARATION TIME- 15 MINUTES 
BAKING TIME- 40-50 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
condensed milk-1 tin (200 grams)
cocoa-1/3 cup
eggs-4
milk-1 cup
vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
 To make caramel:
sugar-3/4 cup
water-1/4 cup
HOW TO BAKE
Take condensed milk in a mixing bowl, add cocoa, eggs, milk, vanilla essence and mix well and keep it aside.
Now, heat a pan with sugar, add water and stir continuously until sugar dissolves, once after observing the golden colour pour it in a baking tin, spread it evenly.
On top of this caramel pour the custard mixture, tap the tin to avoid air bubbles.
Preheat oven at 180-degree centigrade.
Now take a big size baking tin with hot water up to 3/4th of the tin. Place the custard mixture tin in this big cake tin and bake for 40-50 minutes.
turn off oven and rest it in room temperature for some time and serve.
