coconut milk chicken pulao | chicken pulao with coconut milk | simple chicken pulao | coconut milk recipes

One pot meals are always one of my favourites because it`s easy to cook at the same can try different versions every time with the same main ingredients. This is one of the simplest rice variety which doesn't need any preparations except marinating the chicken. You can use basmati rice for this pulao but I used normal rice.
Use thick coconut milk and cook in low flame after adding rice which avoids burning from the bottom. This pulao is easy to cook, tasty with coconut milk flavour. Serve hot with raita which makes a perfect match.
