best ever banana muffins | banana muffins with sour cream recipe | banana muffins with olive oil | muffins recipes

These are the best Banana muffins which I have ever seen. I have shared lots of banana cupcakes and muffins recipes till now, some are folded with yoghurt, with olive oil, with milk and butter sometimes. But this is the first time I used cream and these muffins are very soft inside and rich in taste.

The recipe calls for sour cream but I haven`t found sour cream so I used regular creme de Leite which has 17% fat. If you find sour cream use it and can use butter instead of oil. Overall, these muffins are delicious and goes well for breakfast.

WHAT YOU NEED
bananas-3
wheat flour-1 1/2 cups
olive oil-1/2 cup
eggs-2
white sugar-1 cup
sour cream-1/2 cup
vanilla essence -1 teaspoon
salt-1/2 teaspoon
baking soda-1/2 teaspoon
HOW TO BAKE
Mash bananas in a mixing bowl, add oil, sugar, cream and mix well.
Add eggs and mix finely. Now add baking powder, soda, salt, flour and stir everything.
Preheat oven at 180-degree centigrade. Line papers in muffin cups and pour the batter.
Place these in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Check out with a toothpick, if it comes out clean turn off and let the muffins rest in room temperature for some time.
