I use canned sweet corn to make recipes always so this recipe in my to do list for a long time, finally now I have tried and happy to share with you all. These sweet corn cups are quite famous as a street side food and at cinema halls. It`s simple to prepare and tastes so good when you hot.

I used canned sweet corn which doesn`t need boiling but If you want or if you don`t find canned corns use fresh corn cobs. But Boil the corn for 10 minutes on medium flame, strain then use later. Instead of roadside fried snacks, it`s better this kind of simple snacks at home to enjoy. So, try this immediately and enjoy.

PREPARATION TIME- 5 MINUTES
COOKING TIME-5 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEED
Butter-1 tablespoon
Sweet corn-1 cup
Red chili powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt-1/2 teaspoon
Chat masala-1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
HOW TO COOK
Heat a non-stick pan, add butter. Throw in sweet corn, roast for 2 minutes then add all the spice powders.
Now cook for 3 more minutes on low flame and turn off. Take them into serving cups and serve hot. If you like squeeze some fresh lemon juice.
