Baking is one of my favourites which makes me happy and satisfying all the time. That too baking with bananas is like a big task to me because I have shared a huge number of banana folded recipes in the blog so trying a new recipe every time is like a challenge to me. Successfully, this time also going to share a very new recipe which is healthy, tasty and easy to bake. You can make cupcakes or muffins with the same recipe but personally, I feel baking in a bread loaf pan is much easier than the muffins tins.
I used old-fashioned rolled (thick) oatmeal and wheat flour, olive oil which are completely healthy and it`s purely dairy free too. I baked this recipe already without sugar which tasted well. So, if you want can skip the sugar because ripened bananas are very sweet so without sugar also it tastes good really. I love to have this kind of banana bread slices along with hot mug which is perfect for me. If you are same as me, definitely you'll love this recipe too.

WHAT YOU NEED
eggs-2
olive oil-1/2 cup
milk-3/4 cup
sugar-3/4 cup -1 cup
banana puree-1 cup
baking powder-1 teaspoon
baking soda-1 teaspoon
wheat flour-1 cup
salt-1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon powder-1/2 teaspoon
oatmeal-1 cup
HOW TO BAKE
In a mixing bowl, break eggs, add oil, milk, sugar, banana puree and mix well.
Now add baking powder, baking soda, flour, salt, cinnamon powder, oatmeal and mix everything finely.
Preheat oven to 180-degree centigrade. Take a bread loaf pan, apply oil and dust with flour finely.
Pour the batter and place it in the oven, bake for 30 minutes and check out with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, bread is ready to turn off the oven otherwise bake for 10 more minutes.
Once when the bread is done turn off the oven and rests the bread loaf at room temperature for some time.
Slice it and serve with hot coffee or milk.
