indian style masala omelette recipe | cheese masala omelette recipe | ande ka omelette | healthy egg omelette in indian style

This is one of the common recipes which I have seen in my childhood at my home. Amma used to make this spicy masala omelette when me and my younger brothers complaints about the food at dinner times. Within the 10 minutes, she used to do this by mixing all of the ingredients with super speed. I have never spent much time in the kitchen with my mom but with the basic observation, I have learnt her way of style in cooking. Whenever I cook this omelette, I remember all those past times which makes me emotional.😢

Ok, Coming to the recipe, This is an Indian style omelette which is blended with lots of masala powders. In this recipe, onions take the main place which gives a nice taste to the omelette. So, add enough amount of finely chopped onions for best taste and tomato is optional, if you like it to add or else you can avoid it. To the Basic masala omelette (which I have learnt from my mom) on my own idea, I have added cheese to make it tastier and that was a big hit really. Mozzarella cheese is my favourite but if you like cheddar or parmesan you can replace with the same amount. Apart of the elders, kids love this recipe surely, so try this cheese masala omelette for them with less chilli powder and serve hot always.😊

WHAT YOU NEED
Eggs -4 Ginger Garlic paste- 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder-2 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder-1/2Teaspoon
Black pepper powder-1/2Teaspoon
Coriander (dhania) powder-1 Teaspoon
Garam masala-1 Teaspoon
Onions- (finely chopped) 1 cup
Tomato- (finely chopped) -1/2 cup Salt -as per your taste Pepper powder -1/2 Teaspoon Mozzarella cheese (grated or finely chopped) 100 Grams- (1/2 cup) Butter -1/2 Tablespoon
Coriander leaves- handful  (finely chopped)
HOW TO COOK
1. In a small bowl add eggs beat it nicely and add Ginger Garlic paste, Onions finely chopped, Tomato finely chopped, all the spice powders+salt and mix it well. Also, add grated cheese, Coriander leaves and mix gently.
2. Heat a non-stick pan add butter then pour the egg mixture cook it for two minutes on low flame/heat. If you want full of cheese flavor add some grated cheese on top while omelette is frying.
3. Then carefully flip its other side and cook for 2 minutes on low heat and turn off. Repeat the same method for remaining egg batter then serve it hot.
