Bananas are already too sweet in taste and ripen bananas are best to bake bread loaves. I have shared various banana bread recipe in the blog which is folded with different ingredients like yoghurt, milk, butter, eggs and sugar of course. This is also one of the best recipes to try which is folded with oatmeal and most important it is sugarless.
Though the recipe calls for sugar, I tried without sugar and it came out perfectly. Because bananas give the mild sweet taste which is fine and good for health too. I prefer banana bread for breakfast that`s why tends to bake different versions every time. After this experiment, going to avoid the sugar in these recipes. WHAT YOU NEED
eggs-2
olive oil-1/2 cup
milk-2 tablespoons
sugar-3/4 cup -1 cup
banana puree-1 cup
baking powder-1 teaspoon
baking soda-1 teaspoon
wheat flour-1 cup
salt-1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon powder-1/2 teaspoon
oatmeal-1/2 cup
walnuts-1/2 cup
HOW TO BAKE
In a mixing bowl, break eggs, add oil, milk, banana puree and mix well.
Now add baking powder, baking soda, flour, salt, cinnamon powder, oatmeal and mix everything finely.
Preheat oven to 180-degree centigrade. Take a bread loaf pan, apply oil and dust with flour finely.
Pour the batter and place it in the oven, bake for 30 minutes and check out with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, bread is ready to turn off the oven otherwise bake for 10 more minutes.
Once when the bread is done turn off the oven and rests the bread loaf at room temperature for some time.
Slice it and serve with hot coffee or milk.
