dates-3-5
yoghurt-2 cups

banana-1
HOW TO PREPARE
In a mixie jar, take mango pieces, almonds, dates, yoghurt, salt, banana and grind into a fine puree. Pour in serving glasses and serve or refrigerate for some time and serve chilled.
