I prefer to cook gravy dishes with meat most of the time because it goes well with rice and even with chapati. But this is the first time I have tried a dry curry version and it came out so good. I tried this recipe on my own idea which was done in two steps. First, I have pressure cooked mutton first later cooked with onion, tomato and spices.
I used mutton with bone which took a long time took to pressure cook but felt boneless mutton is much better for this dry curry version. Add spices as per your taste and try this simple version next time. Also, don`t forget t share your comments.

WHAT YOU NEED
mutton-300 grams
ginger garlic paste-2 teaspoon
turmeric powder--1 teaspoon
salt-1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder-1 teaspoon
oil-1/4 cup
whole garam masala ingredients
cumin seeds-1 teaspoon
green chilli-1
onions-1 medium size
tomato-1 or 2 small size
red chilli powder -1-2 teaspoons
salt to taste
coriander powder-1 teaspoon
garam masala-1 teaspoon
 yoghurt-1/4 cup
coriander leaves-few
HOW TO COOK
Wash mutton twice and take it in the pressure cooker. Add 2cups of water, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder and close with a lid. 
Cook this in a medium flame for 30 minutes or 4-5 whistles and turn off. Meanwhile, grind onions into a puree. If you are using tomatoes also grind them separately.
Now, turn on the heat under the non-stick pan, add oil, throw in cumin seeds, saute for few seconds.
Now add chopped onions, chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes one by one and saute for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
Then add pressure cooked meat with water, mix well. Add red chilli powder, salt to taste, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix well. Cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Now add coriander leaves and mix gently. Cook for 5 more minutes and turn off. Serve hot with rice or chapati.
