Instead of baking a homemade cake at home sometimes I also go with store-bought chocolate cake packets which saves time and energy. Each packet gives the instructions in the backside of the packet. Depending on the brand cake taste may vary so always try to use the best packs. Coming to this recipe, I use Dona Benta (brand) which is good in taste with worth price. The cake stays good for 3-4 days but after a few days the taste changes which my sons won`t like.
A few times I threw out the cake crumbs but after thinking about leftover cake recipes started creating new varieties where there is no guilty feeling about wasting the cake. So, here is the simplest yet coolest cake balls recipe which can make in minutes and tastes delicious. I have used desiccated coconut as a main ingredient and balls turned out so good. I missed some step by step pictures here but it`s not a big deal to make this sweet balls.

WHAT YOU NEED
chocolate cake crumbs-2 cups
sweetened coconut flakes-1 cup
condensed milk- 1/2 cup
chocolate vermicelli-1/2 cup
butter-2-3 tablespoons
HOW TO COOK
Take the cake crumbs in a bowl, add sweetened coconut flakes, condensed milk, chocolate vermicelli, butter and mix well. Take lemon size mixture and shape into round ball. Repeat the same method with the mixture and serve later. If you like, roll the cake balls, in chocolate vermicelli as a coating. Serve as an evening for kids, they`ll love it. 😉
