I have never tasted mutton seekh kebab outside and this is the first time I have tried and tasted at home. I used mixer jar for mincemeat and fried on stove-top.
Mutton seekh kebab is one of the popular yet tasty snacks which can find in many of the restaurants and Dhabas. Instead of pan frying can bake this in an oven too. Try this easy kebab recipe and let me know how it turned for you.

WHAT YOU NEED
bamboo (wooden) skewers -8-10
 minced meat- 200 grams
red chilli powder--1 teaspoon
salt to taste
turmeric powder-1 teaspoon
garam masala-1 teaspoon
coriander powder-1 teaspoon
garam masala-1 teaspoon
ginger garlic paste-1 tablespoon
black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
lemon juice-2 tablespoons
egg-1 no
oil-2 tablespoons + for pan frying
finely chopped coriander leaves-1/2 cup
finely chopped onions-1/2 cup
corn flour-2 tablespoons
HOW TO COOK
Soak bamboo (wooden) skewers in water for 15 minutes. In a mixie jar take boneless and grind into a fine mixture or if you have can use minced lamb machine.
Now in a bowl, take minced meat, add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, lemon juice, egg, oil, finely chopped coriander leaves, finely chopped onions, corn flour and mix well. With wet hands skewer the meat into long sausage shapes. Rotate the meat around the skewer, pressing gently all around. Brush each kebab with a little oil. Heat a non-stick pan with oil, place 2-3 kebabs stick each time and under a medium heat fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Serve hot with salad and chutney.
