Here is the recipe of chicken stir-fry with full of garlic infused. A few days back, my friend shared this recipe while talking on the phone which inspired me to try. Boneless chicken is fine to try a stir-fry it is also time-saving too.
Usually, I browse google and youtube for recipes but when I heard this recipe from my friend thought to give a try. The cooking process is a little bit different from the regular recipes but results nice. Try next time and serve hot with pulao, white rice or chapati.

WHAT YOU NEED
red chilli powder- 2 teaspoons
 salt- to taste
 turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
cumin powder-1/2 teaspoon
 ginger garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
 garam masala-1/2 teaspoon
Kasuri methi - 1/2 teaspoon
yoghurt-1/4 cup
 oil-1 teaspoon
 Boneless chicken-200 grams
oil 2+2 tablespoons
whole garam masala ingredients
cumin seeds-1/2 teaspoon
bay leaf-1
cloves-3
cinnamon stick-2 "inch
finely chopped onions-1/2 cup
 green chilli-2
 garlic-4-5
 mint leaves-few 
HOW TO COOK
In a bowl, take red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, Kasuri methi, yoghurt, oil and mix well. Add washed chicken, mix well and marinate for one hour.
Heat a vessel, add oil, when the oil is hot, add chicken, cook for 15 minutes at low flame. Add 1/3-1/4 cup of water to cook without burning.
Once the chicken is cooked perfectly, turn off and keep aside. Heat another non-stick pan, add oil, throw whole garam masala ingredients, finely chopped onions, green chilli, garlic, mint leaves and fry for two minutes. 
Pour this on cooked chicken and close with a lid for 5 minutes. Then stir gently and serve hot with chapati or rice.
