marble cake recipe | vanilla and chocolate marble layer cake | bolo de marmore | marble cake with condensed milk

This is the recipe which is in the draft box from last 2 years almost.😜 Though there are stepwise pictures and main pictures of the recipe, postponing it every time and sometimes new recipes were dominating.😝 It`s two flavoured cake with one batter and chocolate frosting. I suggest using a big size cake tin for a perfect cake because small tins won`t give a proper texture.
Actually, along time back I saw this in Brasil youtube blog, felt interesting so tried out immediately. There was an excitement while baking this cake but later doesn`t know how that excitement feeling disappeared to publish the recipe.😛 Anyway, check out the recipe, try it next time and share your feeding.

WHAT YOU NEED
3 cups of all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1cup milk ( 200 ml) 1/2 cup oil (100 ml) 2 cups sugar or condensed milk 4 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter (200 ml) 1 teaspoon vanilla essence For frosting 1/2 cup of condensed milk (optional) 1 cup creme de Leite (cream) 100 grams chocolate 2 tablespoons butter
HOW TO BAKE
Keep butter in room temperature before using. Now in a bowl, take butter, add condensed milk, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt, 1/2 cup of milk, vanilla essence and mix well using a hand beater machine.
Now take a baking pan, apply butter, dust with flour evenly. Pour half of the batter into the tin. To the remaining batter add 1/2 cup of milk, cocoa and mix well. Pour this on vanilla cake batter and tap tin on flour to remove air bubbles.
Preheat oven to 180-degree centigrade. After 10 minutes place this cake tin in the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until the cake baked perfectly.
Check out with a toothpick, when the cake comes out clean turn off and rest the cake in room temperature.
Meanwhile, the cake is baking, for frosting, another side takes the chopped chocolate in a bowl, add butter. Heat a pan with water, place this bowl and let the chocolate melt. Then add cream, condensed milk (optional), stir well and turn off.
When the cake is cool, pour this frosting generously on the cake. Rest the cake in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours and serve.
