microwave paneer ladoo | Microwave ricotta cheese laddu | microwave indian sweets | ricotta cheese recipes


Microwave cooking is easy at the same time, time-saving too. This is one of the easy and tasty recipes which I have tried using ricotta cheese. You can use fresh homemade paneer and careful while microwaving. Later after trying this, I thought can cook on stove-top the same recipe so the shelf line will be longer compared to microwave cooking.
If you try microwave method, refrigerate the ladoo. I tried this recipe as an experiment and it worked out perfectly. Give a try once hope you also likes the ladoos.

WHAT YOU NEED
Ricotta cheese/Store bought paneer-250 grams
Sugar-1/2 cup+1/2 cup
Dark chocolate-100 grams (see the below collage picture)
Cardamom powder-1 teaspoon
ghee or butter-2 tablespoons
HOW TO COOK
Cut the 250 grams of paneer into two parts. Grind one part paneer into a fine powder or mixture...Add in sugar, grind once again and take it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes and stir well. Add cardamom powder and microwave for 2-3 minutes again. If the mixture looks too dry or burning add 1 tablespoon milk. Then turn off and let the mixture cool. Then take a lemon size mixture and start rolling into a round shaped ball and serve.
