Oats flour banana cake loaf/Vegan oats banana cake/milk free egg free butter free flour free banana cake/vegan cakes

Today I sharing a recipe which a healthy and low calorie cake..This is a cake which is blended with oats flour and mashed banana.Yes...Believe me..This is a cake with oats flour.not even included a tbsp of all purpose flour or wehat flour..This is also milk free,butter free and egg free.Now tell me..How many points you will give to this amazing cake..I will give 10/10...Is it ok??

I was not at all confident with the recipe until after watching the me...I felt that it`s going to flop definietly and all my ingredients are going wasted..But,surprisingly,it came out so perfect..I added only 1/2 tsp of soda and it`s not so big in size,but the loaf was so soft and  moist..the texture is so good and chocolate shaves on top gives a crunchy,chocolate taste when you bite a slice.This is a perfect cake to try for morning break fast..So,book mark it...and have a slice without any guilty...


Ripe bananas-3 mashed
oats flour -2 cups
vegetable or olive or coconut oil-1 tbsp
vanilla essence-1 tbsp
sugar-1/2 cup
baking powder-1 1/2 tsp
baking soda-1/2 tsp
cinnamon powder-1 tsp
chopped walnuts-few (opt)
black n gold raisins-few (opt)
chocolate shaves or semiya or chips-1/2 cup to decorate on top


1. Preheat the oven to 180c.line cake tin or oven proof glass bowlwith paper liners.keep those aside.

2. In a bowl add flour,baking soda and baking powder,soda,cinnamon mix well.

3.Now in another mixing bowl add oil,vanilla,sugar and beat till creamy. this add flour mixture and mashed banana and mix well.

5. if you want at this time you can add any chopped nuts or raisins.but I skipped this step. Add chocolate shaves and mix also.pour this batter into tin and top it with few more chocolate shaves..

6.bake for 40-45 minutes.I baked around 40 minutes.its depend on your oven,keep an eye.

7.Insert a tooth pick or knife to check can decorate it with some more chocolate shaves and serve.

**You can use any oat meals..Grind into fine powder and then use..**
