Black Magic Cupcakes | Coffee flavored Chocolate Cupcakes | Chocolate Coffee Cupcakes | Kids Favorite Cupcakes Recipes

Cupcakes are my kids favorite.But they loves only chocolate cupcakes.So,with different versions and ingredients I bake cakes and cupcakes for them twice or thrice in a month..These are purely chocolate flavored cupcakes with coffee addition..Coffee is my favorite any time,so this cute little cupcakes also my favorite of course!!
Wet ingredients quantity looks much when you compare with dry ingredients but the result will be fine when you bake them perfectly.. We add brewed coffee here,which is nothing but coffee decoction..Take 2 tea spoons coffee granules in a vessel,add 1 cup of water,boil for 2 minutes and use later in the recipe..frosting with butter cream is an optional,here i did it because my boys loves to lick the cream..Over all,it`s a perfect recipe to try for your kids.So,bake immediately and treat your family..

All purpose flour-1 1/2 cup
cocoa powder-3/4 cup
baking powder-1 tea spoon
baking soda-1 tea spoon
vanilla essence-1 tea spoon

salt-1/2 tea spoon
oil-1/2 cup

sugar-2 cups (can reduce to 1 1/2 cups)
eggs-3 small
brewed coffee-1 cup
yogurt-1 cup


In a mixing bowl,break eggs,whisk well and add vanilla, oil, coffee,yogurt,sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.Add in baking powder,baking soda,salt.. Mix well,add flour and stir to combine every thing evenly..
Line cupcake tins with paper cups,pour 
batter up to 3/4 th in the cupcake tin ..Preheat oven at 200 degree C.After 5 minutes place batter tin in oven,bake for 30-35 minutes or until cake top turns brown.. Check out with tooth pick,when you prick it,tooth pick should come out clean.
If it`s clean cake is done,turn off oven.. After 20-30 minutes,when the cup cakes cols down,,frost with butter cream.Serve warm with milk or coffee.

Chocolate Butter cream:

Take soft 200 grams butter in bowl,beat well for a minute.. Add 2 cups of sugar,1 cup cocoa and mix well and beat again for 2 minutes..Add 2-3 table spoons milk in between to make the cream soft,,blend for a minute again..Keep it in fridge for 10-15 minutes..Then,fill the piping bag and frost it using different nozzles..
