Devil`s Food Cake | Devil's Chocolate Cake Recipe | Coffee Chocolate Cake | Dark Chocolate Cake With Oil | Perfect Chocolate Coffee Sponge Cake Without Butter

This is an old-fashioned, but easy-to-make devil's food cake recipe. Pound cake like texture and.You can do frost with Chocolate Fudge Butter cream Frosting.

This is one of the best chocolate cake I've ever made. If you're looking for something basic and fluffy and chocolatey, this is the way to go. I've baked several cakes till now but this cake  is very rich in was really good in taste. Use unsweetened cocoa powder with the flour mixture.The batter may seem a bit runny but don't worry, that's what it's supposed to be like. Also, don't forget to use warm coffee mixture..I have to say this was very likely the best devil's food cake I have ever baked and eaten. Moist, loved the texture.

Wheat flour -1 1/2 cups
Coffee decoction -1/2 cup
Oil-1/2 cup 
Sugar -1 1/2 cups
Baking Soda -2 tea spoons
Salt-1/2 tea spoons
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Vanilla essence -1 tea spoon

Cocoa powder-1/2 cup
Milk-1/2 cup
Mix coffee in water.Take milk in mixing bowl,add in coffee mixture,oil,eggs,sugar and mix until it dissolves. Add in soda, salt,baking powder,vanilla essence and mix well.Now add cocoa powder,wheat flour and mix every thing to combine evenly and avoid lumps..Pour this in baking tin,bake for 40-45 minutes or until its done..Turn off once when the cake is done and serve warm with coffee or milk.
