Parathas are tasty yet filling meal which can serve in lunch or dinner times. Parathas are made in so many methods like by folding the ingredients in the flour or by stuffing the mixture in dough.Stuffed parathas are little bit to tricky to make but they makes meal tummy full.
This is also stuffed paratha but different with veggies stuffing method.it`s a mint paratha where we add it two times and then rolls.More than my explanation,step wise pictures may helps you clearly to try it out.Check out the full recipe,with directions help try it and let me know how it came out for you.

wheat flour -2 cups
salt-1/2 tea spoon
oil-2 table spoons
Finely chopped mint leaves-1/2 cup
pepper powder -1/2 tea spoon
water-as needed to make dough
red chilli-3
cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
green cardamom-2
mint leaves-1 cup 
oil-for pan frying parathas
Take wheat flour in bowl,add salt,oil,Finely chopped mint leaves,pepper powder and mix well.Now using water prepare into a dough. In a small pan dry roast red chilli,cumin seeds-green cardamom.Then along with mint leaves grind into a coarse paste.Now knead dough again for 1-2 minutes and make lemon size balls.Now using extra flour roll the dough in medium size chapathi.Now spread the ground mint mixture evenly,sprinkle some flour,fold it like shown in pictures.Make it in circle and roll it again in medium size,not too thick or too thin. Do this with the remaining dough. heat tawa with  oil,place rolled paratha,spread some oil,cook until bubbles comes up,flip other side cook well again.pan fry the remaining  parathas same like this and serve hot with curd or raita.
