When I was searching on wiki for indian popular recipes, noticed this dindigul biryani recipe which is tamilnadu famous. In common it is called as thalapakatti biryani, cooked with bone chicken and spices..I have used small size drum sticks, you can use chopped bone pieces..Also,Iam using regular rice for biryani these days, but if basmati rice is available for you, use it for best biryani..This biryani doesn`t need tomatoes and fried onions.
Here in this recipe  we don`t cook rice separately so,after cooking chicken perfectly adding rice+water then cooking till done, It`s quite easy to cook with simple steps and makes your lunch perfect.Non vegetarians and biryani lovers must give a try to this version,so cook on this sunday and enjoy hot platter of biryani with raita and your favorite gravy.
