Gobi Phool Makhana Masala | Cauliflower Lotus Seeds Curry | Cauliflower Curries | Lotus seeds Recipes | Cauliflower Sabzi Recipes | Sabzi Recipes For Chapathi

This an another sabzi recipe of gobi with phool makhana combination.I have few packets phool makhana packets in pantry from long time while thinking to use it got this recipe in mind..Few days back posted gobi chana dal curry in blog, with that recipe idea prepared this dish.
It is similar to that curry except adding chanadal. Gobi sabzi goes well with roti/chapathi to serve so this curry also comes under that list.It is quite simple to make yet tastes nice when you serve hot.To try the dish ,go with step wise pictures and process.

phool makhana-1 cup
cauli flower/gobi-1 small size
red chili powder-1 table spoon
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
salt-to taste
oil-2 table spoon
cumin seeds-1/2 tea spoon
mustard seeds-1/2 tea spoon
onions-1 small
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
coriander powder-1/2 tea spoon
cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
garam masala-1/2 tea spoon
coriander leaves -few
Dry roast phool makhana for 5 minutes in medium flame,keep aside.
wash and cut cauli flower florets.In hot wateradd pinch of turmeric powder,salt add this gobi and let it boil for 10 minutes high flame and take them in colander.
Now heat a pan with oil,throw cumin seeds, mustard seeds. Then add finely chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute in medium flame.Add finely chopped tomatoes, red chili powder,turmeric powder,salt and mix until tomatoes mushy.Add boiled gobi and phool makhana saute well.Cook in medium flame for 5 minutes with lid.Add 1-2 table spoons of  water to avoid burning..Now finally add coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala,coriander leaves if you have,mix once cook for 10 minutes in low flame, turn off.Serve hot with Chapathi.
