Paneer Moong Sprouts Curry | Green Gram Sprouts Paneer Curry | Paneer Subji Recipes | Subzi Recipes For Rotis | Ricotta Cheese Recipes

Paneer curries or gravies are the best pair with chapathi or rotis always.But adding another veggies or different stuffs makes the dish tasty at the same time healthy too.This is the first time which I tried with paneer and sprouts combination.
I use store bought ricotta cheese but home made fresh paneer is much better if you like/have.For rich taste,you can roast the paneer cubes in oil for 2-3 minutes and tehn add in curry but it`s an optional only..This curry is simple to make yet tastes best with hot chapathis.Check out the full recipe and try it next  time.

oil-2 table spoons
cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
mustard seeds-1 tea spoon
onion-1 medium size
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
red chili powder-1 tea spoon
salt-to taste
turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon
tomato -1 big
paneer pieces-100 grams/2 cups pieces
green gram sprouts /moong bean sprouts-1 cup
coriander leaves-few
cumin powder-1/2 tea spoon
garam masala- 1/2 tea spoon
coriander powder-1/2  tea spoon

Heat a pan with oil,throw cumin seeds,mustard seeds,onions,ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes in medium flame.Now add in tomato puree,mix gently.Add in spice powders and stir once,cook for 2 minutes in low flame.Then add paneer pieces,sprouts and stir gently.Add 1/2-1/3 cup water,cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes in low flame.Add in coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala and coriander leaves,stir well and cook for 5 more minutes.Turn off and serve hot with chapathi.
