Few days back I have posted basic makhani gravy recipe in blog.Using that gravy as a base made few dishes. This tofu dish is called tofu makhani masala which is similar to paneer butter masala.Though paneer is healthy,tofu is much better where can find more nutritional values and less calories.
So,better to use tofu instead of paneer some times at least.By the way coming to the dish,it is simple to cook if the basic makhani masala is ready in hands.Check out basic masala recipe and prepare this delicious gravy at home.Serve hot with roti along with lemon wedge.
