Oatmeal Fruit Salad | Fruit Salad With Yogurt and Oats | Fresh Fruit Salad With Oatmeal and Yoghurt | Salada de Fruta

This was the salad which I have tried on my own idea long time back in the evening time which was so good n taste more than that very very healthy one.But due to the poor light pictures are dull so please pardon for the poor quality pictures but don`t forget to try this version of salad if you love fruits or in diet to lose extra weight...
I strongly suggest to add this recipe in your diet plan for better results..oats and yogurt combination works very well which gives a nice taste to the salad actually..I also suggest to use rolled oats instead of quick oats which gives a good look to salad.Finally you can add some honey or any sweet syrup for sweet taste but I skipped it..

WHAT YOU NEED
Oats/ Oatmeal/Rolled Oats -1/2 cup
Yoghurt (Vanilla Sweet flavored )-1-1/2 cups
Fruits-red apple,pear,green apple,guava (any berries-optional) 
Walnuts-10 
Black pepper powder+salt- 1/2 tea spoon or as per your taste
HOW TO PREPARE
Take oats in a bowl,add yoghurt,mix well and rest it for 15 minutes..Meanwhile wash and chop fruits finely and add in oats bowl.. Also add finely chopped walnuts,black pepper powder,salt,stir gently.Rest it 10-15 minutes and serve..
