Beetroot Spinach Subij | Beetroot Palak Curry | Vegetable Stir fry Recipes | Subji Recipes For Chapathi

This is a simple subji which is cooked with bettroot and spinach combination..I got this recipe in youtube and immediately tried it to serve with chapathi..
Chapathi is common on our lunch so i need to cook different subji and gravies every day..This is one the best recipe which we had recently.Beetroot and palak both are very good veggies so this subzi is a good option to cook..try this serve and enjoy...

Ingredients

Onion- 1 small
Salt To taste
Turmeric powde- 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Beetroot -4 small size
Spinach -1 big bunch
Garam masala 1/2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Chilli powder 1-2 Teaspoons

For Tadka Ingredients
Oil- 2 Table spoons
Urad dal-1/2 tea spoon
Chana dal-1/2 tea spoon
Curry leaves -few
Cumin seeds-1/2 tea spoon
Mustard Seeds-1/2 tea spoon
How to cook
1. Heat oil in a pan and add tadka ingredients.. Then add chopped onions, little bit salt, ginger garlic paste, cook for a minute.
2. Now add chopped beetroot and cook for 2 minutes with lid on. 
3. Add  garam masala powder, coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder and saute it. Cook till bettroot turns soft,add 1/4 cup if water if need. and finely chopped spinach and mix it well.Cook for 5 minutes in low flame and turn off.
4. Serve with roti or rice.
