Palak Paneer Masala Recipe | Home Style Spinach Paneer Gravy For Chapathi | Side dishes For Chapathi

Palak paneer is one of the popular dish which is famous in all over the Indian restaurants.I have already posted the recipe few years back and this is second version with ifferent method.
In the basic palak paneer recipe we use ground spinach puree where as in this we use fresh chopped spinach and lots of cream for rich taste..More than original palak paneer recipe,I loved this version which is easy to cook and tastes great too.. fikir

Butter-2 table spoons
Cumin seeds-1 tea spoon
Onion-1 medium size
ginger garlic paste-1 tea spoon
Tomatoes-2 big size
Red chili powder-2 tea spoons
Salt-to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tea spoon 
Palak/Spinach -1 bunch 
Ricotta cheese/Paneer-200 grams
Coriander leaves/cilantro leaves-few
Cream -1/4 cup
Heat a nonstick pan with butter.Add cumin seeds then after few seconds add finely chopped onions,ginger garlic paste,saute and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
Then add finely chopped tomatoes,saute well.Now add red chili powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well..Cook this until every thing becomes mushy.Then add chopped spinach and mix well..After 2 minutes add 1 cup of water and cook for 2 minutes in medium flame..
Then add paneer cubes,stir gently and cook for 5 minutes in medium flam with lid on.add coriander leaves and mix well..Finally,add cream and mix well,cook for a minute and turn off.
