we are excited to see this year celebrations. Even school is going to end within 10 days and the vacation continues until January ending. I was hooked by my elder son Mahadev`s exams till last few days.Now, got free time again so hopefully, I`ll post regularly this month.
I have posted few chocolate cookies recipes last few days back, this time experimented with three chocolate additions.
These cookies are fully loaded with chocolate flavor because I used cocoa, chocolate and chocolate chips too. 
I don`t say that these are healthy but delicious in taste as a snack kid slove these definitely. Check out the full recipe for more details.

PREPARATION TIME- 30 MINUTES
BAKING TIME- 20-30 MINUTES
WHAT YOU NEEDChocolate any brand-100 grams
Un salted butter-1/2 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tea spoon
White sugar-3/4 cup
Baking powder-1 tea spoon
Baking soda -1/2 tea spoon
Fresh egg-1 no
Un sweetend cocoa-1/2 cup
All purpose flour/Maida/White flour-1 cup
Chocolate chips-1/2 cup
HOW TO BAKETake chopped chocolate in a bowl,in double boiler method melt it. Add butter,vanilla essence,mix well
Add sugar,baking powder,soda and mix well..Then add egg and mix well.Now add cocoa,flour and mix well with spatula.Finally add chocolate chips and mix gently..You can use hand beater to mix instead of spatula or metal whisker.Rest this dough in fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Then turn on heat in oven at 200 degree C.Take baking plate,line with parchmnet paper,take cookie dough,divide into lemon size balls.Arraneg them on palte in eqaul distance.Place in oven,bake for 20-25 minutes and turn off.Take it out and rest it for 10 minutes..Serve with hot milk.
