Chocolate cake/cupcakes stands in first place in my regular baking stories. Also, sometimes tries store bought cake mix packets to save time and energysengihnampakgigi So,last few weeks back tried out a new brand by following the cake mix pack instructions but sadly cake came out dry and tasted dull which made me disappointed.
After keeping in refrigerator for 2 days, one fine day got an idea to make brownies using flopped cakemenari So, this was the recipe which I got  as result.celebrate Using few other  ingredients tried this fudgy brownies which satisfied me heartfuly.senyumBecause of adding sugar again this brownie tastes too sweet in taste so you can adjust the sugar quantity as per your taste.tepuktangan Next time if you have cake crumbles try this brownies and enjoy.

Vegetable oil/Olive oil or unsalted butter-1/2 cup
Sugar-1/2 cup
Cocoa-1/4 cup
Leftover Chocolate cake/ Crumbled cake mixture-3 cups
In a mixing bowl, take oil, add sugar mix well until sugar dissolves.
Then add eggs and beat using hand machine or hand whisker for a minute at low speed.
Now add cocoa and stir well once. Now add crumbled cake mixture and stir everything gently.
Preheat oven to 180 180 degrees C. Take a square shaped baking tin, line with parchment paper.
Grease with butter or oil, sprinkle some cocoa, then pour this batter. Spread evenly with a spatula and pour some chocolate chips on top.
Put in the oven, bake this for 20 minutes and turn off oven.Check it out with toothpick whether it baked perfectly or not.
If the toothpick is clean, take it out and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.Cut into slices and serve with hot coffee.
